ReturnDay LLC

Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 3, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ReturnDay’s doorstep merchandise-return pickup and delivery services (“Services”).

By purchasing a membership or pickup, submitting a return, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The ReturnDay Service

ReturnDay provides local pickup and transportation services for eligible merchandise returns.

ReturnDay may pick up a customer-prepared return and transport it to the appropriate retailer, carrier, return center, or other return location based on the return information and instructions provided by the customer.

ReturnDay does not guarantee same-day drop-off. Returns will generally be delivered to the applicable return location within 72 hours after pickup, subject to retailer and carrier hours, holidays, weather, traffic, route conditions, vehicle issues, closures, emergencies, and other circumstances outside ReturnDay’s reasonable control.

ReturnDay is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon, UPS, FedEx, Kohl’s, Happy Returns, or any other retailer or carrier unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

  • Initiating the applicable return before submitting it to ReturnDay.
  • Providing the correct merchandise for the return.
  • Providing a valid QR code, prepaid label, return authorization, destination, and other required return information.
  • Properly packaging merchandise where packaging is required.
  • Ensuring the return remains eligible and that any return deadline, QR code, label, or authorization remains valid for at least 72 hours after the scheduled pickup date.
  • Providing complete and accurate information.
  • Following applicable retailer, carrier, and ReturnDay preparation instructions.
  • Accurately providing the approximate value, size, and weight of the merchandise when requested.
  • Having the legal right and authority to possess and return the merchandise.
  • Being at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

Customers should not submit a return that must be dropped off within 72 hours of the scheduled pickup date.

For sealed or customer-packaged returns, the customer is responsible for the condition, contents, completeness, and adequate packaging of the merchandise before ReturnDay takes possession.

ReturnDay does not open sealed packages or verify that their contents correspond to the customer’s return authorization or description.

Ownership and Authority to Return

By submitting a return to ReturnDay, the customer represents and certifies that the customer:

  • Owns the merchandise being returned or has the legal authority and permission of the owner to possess and return it.
  • Has the legal right and authority to initiate and complete the applicable return.
  • Has not obtained, possessed, or submitted the merchandise through theft, fraud, deception, or other unlawful means.
  • Is authorized to provide ReturnDay with possession of the merchandise for the purpose of transporting and delivering it to the designated retailer, carrier, or return location.

The customer is responsible for any inaccurate or unauthorized representation regarding ownership, possession, or authority to return the merchandise.

ReturnDay’s acceptance or transportation of a package does not constitute verification of the customer’s ownership of, or legal authority over, the package or its contents.

ReturnDay may refuse a return, terminate transportation, or take other reasonable action if ReturnDay has reason to believe the customer does not have lawful possession of or authority to return the merchandise.

3. Eligible Returns

ReturnDay may accept returns using retailer QR codes, carrier QR codes, prepaid shipping labels, and other approved return methods.

ReturnDay may refuse any return that is unsafe, unreasonable, illegal, or otherwise unsuitable for the Services.

Standard Package Size and Weight Requirements

Unless ReturnDay approves an exception in advance, each standard return must:

  • Weigh 50 pounds or less.
  • Have no single dimension greater than 36 inches.
  • Have a combined length + width + height of 60 inches or less.
  • Be capable of being safely handled by one ReturnDay representative without a hand truck, dolly, lift gate, or other special equipment.

A package exceeding any of these limits is considered an Oversized Return and is not eligible for standard service unless approved by ReturnDay in advance.

Customers must accurately disclose the approximate size and weight of unusually large or heavy returns.

ReturnDay may refuse a package at pickup if its actual size, weight, condition, packaging, or handling requirements exceed these limits or materially differ from the information provided by the customer.

ReturnDay may offer a separate oversized-return service in the future. Acceptance of an exception does not obligate ReturnDay to accept similar returns in the future.

ReturnDay does not accept any item prohibited under Section 14.

Unless ReturnDay approves an exception in advance, ReturnDay also does not accept:

  • International returns.
  • Returns requiring the customer’s physical identification or presence.
  • Returns for which the applicable retailer’s return period has expired.
  • Returns requiring specialized transportation, handling, storage, or documentation that ReturnDay does not provide.
  • Packages exceeding ReturnDay’s published size or weight limits.
  • Any return that cannot reasonably or lawfully be completed using ReturnDay’s ordinary pickup and carrier drop-off procedures.

ReturnDay may establish additional eligibility, packaging, size, weight, quantity, or operational requirements when reasonably necessary to perform the Services safely and lawfully.

4. High-Value Returns

Returns with a declared value from $200 through $500 require at least one clear photograph of the item before pickup.

ReturnDay does not accept returns with a declared value exceeding $500.

Customers must retain receipts, order confirmations, photographs, tracking information, and other records showing the item’s identity, condition, and value. Proof of value is not required when the return is initially submitted unless ReturnDay specifically requests it, but it may be required to support a claim under Section 9.

5. Pickup and Transfer of Custody

ReturnDay’s custody begins when a ReturnDay representative physically takes possession of the package.

Customers should place packages at the agreed pickup location during the applicable pickup period and should not leave packages outside substantially earlier than necessary.

ReturnDay is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, removal, weather exposure, or other events occurring before ReturnDay physically takes possession.

ReturnDay may photograph the exterior of the package at pickup to document its location, visible exterior condition, identifying information, and transfer of custody.

Pickup Access and Safety

The customer must provide complete and accurate pickup-location and access instructions.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the designated pickup location is reasonably safe, accessible, and suitable for the pickup. The pickup area should be free from uncontrolled animals, dangerous ice or snow, blocked walkways, leaking substances, exposed hazards, locked gates, or other conditions that could prevent safe access.

Unless ReturnDay expressly agrees otherwise, ReturnDay representatives are not required to enter a customer’s residence, garage, fenced yard, secured building, or other interior or restricted area.

Providing a gate code, building-access instruction, or other access information does not require a ReturnDay representative to enter an area that the representative reasonably considers unsafe, unlawful, inaccessible, or inappropriate.

Customers must secure pets and other animals that could interfere with pickup or create a safety risk.

ReturnDay may refuse, discontinue, or reschedule a pickup when:

  • The pickup location cannot be safely or lawfully accessed.
  • Access instructions are incomplete, incorrect, or unusable.
  • A gate, door, building, or other access point is locked or unavailable.
  • The package cannot be located or reasonably identified.
  • The package is not ready during the applicable pickup period.
  • An animal, weather condition, physical obstruction, or other hazard creates an unreasonable safety risk.

A pickup that cannot be completed because of a customer-related access, readiness, identification, or safety issue may be treated as a missed pickup under Section 11.

Sealed and Customer-Packaged Returns

ReturnDay does not open sealed or customer-packaged returns to inspect their contents.

Acceptance of a package does not constitute confirmation that:

  • The represented merchandise is inside.
  • All accessories or components are present.
  • The contents are undamaged.
  • The merchandise is authentic.
  • The merchandise is functional.
  • The merchandise is adequately packaged internally.
  • The contents correspond to the customer’s description or return authorization.

ReturnDay’s documentation of package condition is limited to conditions reasonably observable from the exterior at pickup.

ReturnDay is not responsible for concealed, internal, or pre-existing loss or damage that was not reasonably observable from the exterior when ReturnDay’s custody began.

ReturnDay may refuse a package that is visibly damaged, open, tampered with, leaking, unsafe, inadequately packaged, oversized, overweight, or materially different from the information provided by the customer.

6. QR Codes, Labels, and Return Instructions

The customer is responsible for providing accurate, current, and valid return instructions.

Any QR code, prepaid label, return authorization, or similar information must remain valid for at least 72 hours after the scheduled pickup date.

If customer-provided return information fails at the designated return location, ReturnDay may attempt to verify the information and contact the customer.

ReturnDay does not guarantee that a retailer or carrier will accept customer-supplied return authorization.

Customer-Caused QR Code, Label, or Authorization Failure

If ReturnDay cannot complete a return because a customer-provided QR code, label, authorization, destination, or other information is expired, incorrect, canceled, incomplete, invalid, or unusable, ReturnDay will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer.

The customer will have up to 72 hours after notification to provide corrected information.

If valid corrected information is provided within that period:

  • ReturnDay will make one additional drop-off attempt during the next regularly scheduled applicable route at no additional charge.
  • If the customer requests a special or unscheduled trip before the next applicable route, a $10 special-trip fee will apply.

If the customer does not provide valid corrected information within 72 hours, ReturnDay may require the customer to retrieve the package.

At the customer’s request and subject to availability, ReturnDay may deliver the package back to the original pickup location for a $10 return-delivery fee.

Payment of a special-trip or return-delivery fee does not guarantee that the retailer or carrier will accept the return.

The customer remains responsible for providing valid return information and maintaining the return’s eligibility.

ReturnDay-Caused Errors

If a return cannot be completed because of an error attributable to ReturnDay, ReturnDay will make reasonable efforts to correct the error and will not charge an additional transportation fee for the corrective trip.

7. Drop-Off and Proof of Return

ReturnDay will make reasonable efforts to deliver eligible returns within 72 hours after pickup.

The 72-hour period is a service target rather than a guarantee and may be affected by retailer or carrier hours, holidays, weather, traffic, route conditions, vehicle issues, closures, emergencies, and other circumstances outside ReturnDay’s reasonable control.

When available, ReturnDay will obtain a receipt, confirmation, tracking information, photograph, or other documentation showing that the return was presented to or accepted by the applicable return location.

ReturnDay may provide this documentation electronically to the customer.

Customers should retain ReturnDay’s drop-off documentation and any retailer or carrier receipt until the applicable refund, exchange, or credit has been completed.

ReturnDay’s custody ends when the package is delivered to and accepted by the applicable retailer, carrier, return location, or other authorized recipient.

8. Retailer Acceptance, Refunds, and Exchanges

ReturnDay does not control retailer or carrier decisions and does not guarantee any refund, exchange, credit, or other outcome.

Completion of ReturnDay’s transportation service does not guarantee:

  • That a retailer will ultimately accept the merchandise.
  • That the merchandise satisfies the retailer’s return policy.
  • That sealed contents correspond to the return authorization.
  • That a refund, exchange, or credit will be issued.
  • The amount of any refund, exchange, or credit.
  • The timing of any refund, exchange, or credit.
  • That a retailer will not later dispute, deny, adjust, or reverse a return.

Merchandise-related disputes remain between the customer and the applicable retailer or carrier.

ReturnDay’s role is limited to pickup and transportation.

A drop-off receipt or other documentation establishes evidence of handoff but does not establish the contents, condition, authenticity, completeness, or ultimate disposition of merchandise.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages; Limitation of Liability

ReturnDay will exercise reasonable care while merchandise is in its custody.

ReturnDay’s custody begins when it physically takes possession of the package and ends when the package is delivered to and accepted by the applicable retailer, carrier, return location, or authorized recipient.

If an eligible return is proven to have been lost or physically damaged while in ReturnDay’s custody as a result of ReturnDay’s acts or omissions, ReturnDay’s maximum liability will be limited to the lesser of the customer’s documented actual loss or $100 per return.

Items with a declared value greater than $500 are not eligible for ReturnDay service.

ReturnDay may require documentation establishing the purchase price, current value, expected refund or return value, and amount of the claimed loss.

The customer’s stated or declared value does not, by itself, establish the amount of a loss or entitle the customer to payment of the $100 liability limit.

For clarity, ReturnDay’s total liability for eligible loss or physical damage involving any single return will not exceed $100.

No Insurance Provided

ReturnDay is not an insurer, and the service fee does not include shipping, property, merchandise, or return-value insurance.

The liability limits stated in these Terms do not constitute or create insurance coverage.

Customers remain responsible for obtaining any separate insurance or other protection they consider appropriate.

ReturnDay does not represent or guarantee that separate insurance is available for a particular return, QR-code return, prepaid label, retailer return method, or carrier service.

Sealed Packages and Concealed Damage

ReturnDay does not inspect the contents of sealed, closed, or customer-packaged returns.

ReturnDay is not responsible for concealed, internal, or pre-existing loss or damage that was not reasonably visible from the exterior at pickup.

An intact package exterior does not establish the condition, quantity, authenticity, completeness, functionality, or presence of its contents.

ReturnDay is not responsible for a later allegation that sealed contents were damaged, missing, substituted, incomplete, incorrect, counterfeit, or otherwise not as expected unless the customer establishes that the claimed loss or damage occurred while the package was in ReturnDay’s custody as a result of ReturnDay’s acts or omissions.

After the package has been delivered and there is evidence of acceptance by the applicable retailer, carrier, return location, or authorized recipient, ReturnDay is not responsible for concealed or internal loss or damage discovered or occurring afterward.

Additional Exclusions

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ReturnDay is not responsible for loss or damage resulting from:

  • Events occurring before ReturnDay physically takes possession.
  • Events occurring after completed delivery.
  • Concealed, internal, or pre-existing damage not reasonably visible from the exterior at pickup.
  • Missing, incorrect, substituted, incomplete, counterfeit, or damaged contents of sealed packages that ReturnDay did not inspect.
  • Inadequate, defective, or inappropriate customer packaging.
  • Ordinary wear, inherent defects, or deterioration.
  • Retailer or carrier refusal.
  • Retailer failure, refusal, delay, adjustment, or reversal of a refund.
  • Inaccurate, incomplete, expired, canceled, or invalid customer-provided return information.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ReturnDay is not liable for lost profits, loss of use, sentimental value, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Claims

Claims must be submitted to claims@getreturnday.com within seven calendar days after the customer discovers, or reasonably should have discovered, the alleged loss or damage.

If a return is not successfully dropped off, the 7-calendar-day claim period begins on the date ReturnDay notifies the customer that the return has been lost, damaged, or otherwise cannot be completed.

The written claim should include sufficient information to identify the return and describe the alleged loss or damage.

Customers must reasonably cooperate with ReturnDay’s investigation and provide requested supporting documentation, which may include proof of purchase, proof of value, retailer communications, photographs, return authorization information, and other relevant records.

Preservation of Merchandise and Packaging

A customer asserting a physical-damage claim must preserve the merchandise, shipping carton, internal packaging materials, labels, and other relevant evidence in substantially the same condition in which the alleged damage was discovered.

The customer should not discard, repair, alter, return, or otherwise dispose of material evidence until ReturnDay completes its reasonable investigation or advises the customer that preservation is no longer necessary.

Failure to preserve material evidence may affect ReturnDay’s ability to investigate, evaluate, or pay the claim to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Claim Acknowledgment

ReturnDay will ordinarily acknowledge receipt of a properly submitted written claim within 5 business days.

An acknowledgment confirms only that ReturnDay received the claim. It does not constitute approval, acceptance of responsibility, or an agreement to pay the claim.

Additional time may be required to investigate the claim, obtain supporting documentation, communicate with the customer, retailer, carrier, or other return location, and reach a decision.

Telephone calls, text messages, social-media messages, or other communications do not constitute formal submission of a claim unless ReturnDay expressly confirms in writing that the communication has been accepted as a claim.

Failure to submit a timely written claim, preserve material evidence, or provide reasonable supporting documentation may prevent ReturnDay from evaluating or paying the claim, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Unsuccessful Returns and Customer Property

If a return cannot be completed because of a customer-related issue not specifically addressed elsewhere in these Terms—including improper packaging, inaccurate information, missing documentation, retailer rejection, or customer unavailability—the correction, retry, special-trip, retrieval, and return-delivery procedures and fees described in Section 6 will apply.

ReturnDay will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer and provide available options for resolving the unsuccessful return.

ReturnDay will not intentionally dispose of customer property without providing reasonable notice and an opportunity for the customer to retrieve the property or request return delivery, except when disposal is required by law or reasonably necessary to address an immediate safety hazard.

11. Fees, Memberships, and Payment

Membership Billing and Automatic Renewal

The ReturnDay membership costs $14.99 per month and includes access to one regularly scheduled pickup opportunity per week, subject to service availability, and up to 8 eligible returns per billing month.

Up to 5 eligible returns may be included in a single membership pickup. Additional eligible returns beyond the 8 returns included in the applicable billing month cost $2 each. Any additional-return charge will be disclosed before it is incurred and charged only with the customer’s authorization.

The membership automatically renews for successive one-month billing periods until canceled. ReturnDay will charge the applicable monthly membership fee to the customer’s payment method at the beginning of each new billing period.

ReturnDay will not increase the recurring membership price without providing advance notice and obtaining any consent required by applicable law.

There is no minimum membership commitment.

One-Time Pickup Pricing

A one-time ReturnDay pickup costs $4.99 and includes up to 2 eligible returns in the same pickup.

Up to 3 additional eligible returns may be included in the same one-time pickup for $2 each, for a maximum of 5 eligible returns per pickup.

Returns included in the same pickup may have different retailer, carrier, or return-location destinations, subject to ReturnDay’s service requirements and these Terms.

  • 1–2 eligible returns $4.99
  • 3 eligible returns $6.99
  • 4 eligible returns $8.99
  • 5 eligible returns $10.99

The applicable total price will be disclosed before purchase.

One-time pickup pricing includes one pickup visit at the customer-designated pickup location. Returns included in the pickup may require delivery to multiple retailer, carrier, or return locations.

One-time pickup pricing does not include optional or additional service fees that may apply under these Terms.

Canceling a Membership

To cancel online, select the link below and send the prepared cancellation email:

Cancel Membership Online

If the link does not open, email support@getreturnday.com with the subject “Cancel My ReturnDay Membership.” A telephone call or explanation is not required.

A cancellation request becomes effective when ReturnDay receives the cancellation email. To avoid the next monthly charge, ReturnDay must receive the cancellation request before the next scheduled billing charge is processed.

Cancellation stops future automatic renewals. Unless otherwise required by law, cancellation does not refund a monthly charge that was processed before ReturnDay received the cancellation request.

After cancellation, the customer may continue using any remaining membership benefits through the end of the current paid billing period. Unused membership benefits do not carry over after that billing period ends.

ReturnDay will send an email confirming the membership cancellation. If ReturnDay cannot reasonably identify the applicable membership from the sending email address, ReturnDay may contact the customer solely to verify the membership being canceled. The cancellation will remain effective as of the date the original cancellation request was received once the membership is identified.

Canceling a membership does not automatically cancel a pickup that has already been scheduled. Scheduled pickups must be canceled or rescheduled according to the Pickup Cancellations and Rescheduling provisions below.

Current one-time pickup prices, package allowances, membership benefits, and additional service fees will be disclosed before purchase.

Fees for Services already completed are generally nonrefundable except where required by law or otherwise determined by ReturnDay.

Pickup Cancellations and Rescheduling

To cancel or change a scheduled pickup, email support@getreturnday.com.

The cancellation or rescheduling request should include:

  • The customer’s name.
  • The email address associated with the pickup.
  • The pickup address.
  • The scheduled pickup date.
  • The applicable pickup-request, order, or confirmation number, if available.

A customer may cancel a scheduled pickup and receive a full refund of applicable one-time pickup charges if ReturnDay receives the cancellation request at least 24 hours before the beginning of the scheduled pickup window.

A membership customer may cancel or request rescheduling of a scheduled membership pickup without a missed-pickup consequence if ReturnDay receives the request at least 24 hours before the beginning of the scheduled pickup window.

The timestamp of the email received by ReturnDay will be used to determine whether the request was submitted before the 24-hour deadline.

Requests received less than 24 hours before the beginning of the scheduled pickup window may not be eligible for a refund, credit, or special rescheduling accommodation.

Rescheduling is subject to service-area availability, route capacity, and available pickup dates. ReturnDay does not guarantee that a canceled pickup can be rescheduled during the same week.

Canceling an individual pickup does not cancel a recurring membership. Membership cancellation must be completed according to ReturnDay’s separate membership-cancellation instructions.

Missed Pickups

A pickup may be treated as a missed pickup when:

  • The return is not available or ready during the scheduled pickup period.
  • The return cannot be reasonably located or identified.
  • The return differs materially from the information provided by the customer.
  • ReturnDay cannot safely or lawfully access the designated pickup location.
  • A gate, door, building, or other access point is locked or unavailable.
  • Access instructions are incomplete, inaccurate, or unusable.
  • An uncontrolled animal, dangerous condition, physical obstruction, or other safety risk prevents pickup.
  • The package is ineligible, inadequately packaged, oversized, overweight, leaking, hazardous, or otherwise unacceptable under these Terms.

For a one-time pickup canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup window or treated as a missed pickup, the applicable pickup-related charges are nonrefundable except where required by law or when ReturnDay determines otherwise.

For a membership pickup canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup window or treated as a missed pickup, that week’s pickup opportunity may be considered used. The customer will not be entitled to a special trip, guaranteed makeup pickup, prorated membership refund, or membership credit.

Merchandise that ReturnDay does not physically take into custody during a missed membership pickup will not count toward the customer’s monthly included-return allowance.

A new pickup request may be submitted for the next available regularly scheduled pickup, subject to membership limits, service availability, route capacity, and these Terms.

ReturnDay-Caused Cancellations

If ReturnDay cancels or cannot complete a pickup for reasons attributable to ReturnDay, the customer may choose an available rescheduled pickup or receive a refund of applicable one-time pickup charges.

A ReturnDay-caused cancellation will not be treated as a customer missed pickup or reduce the customer’s membership pickup opportunities or included-return allowance.

Additional Service Fees

Special or unscheduled return attempt — $10

Applies when a customer-caused return failure occurs, the customer provides corrected information, and the customer requests another attempt before the next regularly scheduled applicable route.

Return delivery to customer — $10

Applies when a customer-related problem prevents completion and the customer requests delivery of the package back to the original pickup location.

The first retry on the next regularly scheduled applicable route is free when the customer provides valid corrected information within the applicable 72-hour correction period.

ReturnDay will not impose an additional transportation charge for a corrective trip necessitated by a ReturnDay-caused error.

Any other optional or out-of-plan charge will be disclosed before the applicable service where required.

12. Pickup and Service Availability

Pickup times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed otherwise.

Traffic, weather, holidays, retailer or carrier hours, vehicle issues, route capacity, emergencies, and other circumstances may affect service.

ReturnDay may reasonably reschedule pickups or drop-offs when necessary.

13. Customer Communications

By providing an email address or telephone number, the customer agrees that ReturnDay may send communications reasonably necessary to provide the Services, including:

  • Pickup information.
  • Schedule changes.
  • Return problems or exceptions.
  • Return status.
  • Drop-off confirmations.
  • Receipts.
  • Billing and membership information.
  • Important service notices.

Consent to necessary service communications does not constitute consent to marketing communications where separate consent is required by applicable law.

14. Prohibited Use

Customers may not use ReturnDay to transport:

  • Stolen merchandise.
  • Illegal merchandise.
  • Hazardous, flammable, explosive, corrosive, toxic, or otherwise restricted materials.
  • Firearms, ammunition, explosives, or weapons requiring regulated transportation.
  • Prohibited or controlled substances.
  • Prescription medications and other regulated medical products.
  • Cash, currency, bullion, precious metals, checks, money orders, negotiable instruments, gift cards, or stored-value cards.
  • Loose, damaged, defective, recalled, or improperly packaged lithium batteries or other batteries requiring hazardous-material handling.
  • Perishable merchandise or anything requiring refrigeration, temperature control, or special storage.
  • Leaking liquids, open containers, or merchandise that may spill, contaminate, or damage other property.
  • Alcohol, tobacco products, vaping products, and other age-restricted merchandise.
  • Live animals, insects, plants requiring special handling, or biological materials.
  • Counterfeit merchandise knowingly represented as authentic.
  • Property the customer does not have authority to possess or return.
  • Any item prohibited by the designated retailer, carrier, return location, or applicable law.
  • Anything else that would be unlawful, unsafe, or unsuitable for ReturnDay to transport.

Customers may not knowingly provide false or misleading information concerning merchandise contents, condition, value, ownership, size, weight, return authorization, or destination.

ReturnDay may inspect the exterior of a package and may refuse service when the package, labeling, odor, leakage, condition, customer-provided information, or surrounding circumstances reasonably indicate that the package may contain a prohibited, restricted, unsafe, or undisclosed item.

ReturnDay’s acceptance of a package does not constitute a representation that its contents are lawful, safe, properly packaged, or permitted by the applicable retailer or carrier.

ReturnDay may refuse service or suspend a customer when reasonably necessary to protect ReturnDay, its representatives, customers, retailers, carriers, the public, or to comply with applicable law.

15. Limitation of Service

ReturnDay does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Service may be limited by geographic area, route availability, retailer or carrier availability, holidays, weather, capacity, or other operational constraints.

ReturnDay may modify its service area, schedules, eligibility requirements, package limits, or operating procedures.

Material changes affecting existing paid memberships will be handled in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.

16. Privacy

ReturnDay’s collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information are governed by the ReturnDay Privacy Policy , which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

17. Changes to These Terms

ReturnDay may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will identify their effective date and will be made available through ReturnDay’s website or Services.

When required by law, ReturnDay will provide advance notice of a material change through email, the Services, or another reasonable method.

A material change affecting an existing paid membership—including an increase to the recurring membership price—will not take effect without advance notice and any affirmative consent required by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, continued use of the Services after properly disclosed changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Currency

All references to “$” or “dollars” in these Terms refer to United States dollars.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
