Do I need a membership?
No. One-time pickup is $4.99 for 1–2 eligible packages, $6.99 for 3, $8.99 for 4, or $10.99 for 5.
What do I need to prepare?
For returns, start with the retailer and provide its QR code or return instructions. For prepaid shipments, securely seal your domestic package and attach a valid UPS, FedEx, or USPS label. Keep each package with the correct instructions. Package and carrier restrictions apply.
When will you pick up my packages?
After you submit your request, ReturnDay reviews the package details and confirms your pickup day and time window by email. Checking your address does not reserve a pickup.
